1、Testing Engineer测试工程师
RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Designs, develops and writes test plans, test cases and test scripts to facilitate automated testing and to identify and resolve product issues.
2. Improves engineering development and testing processes, documentation, execution and review of test procedures.
3. Develop test procedures and data collection methods.
4. Presents summaries and reviews of testing status at project review meetings and recommend alternatives to resolve issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
2. Bachelor degree above
3. Two years above related working experience
4. Experience in foreign company, in mechanical, manufacturing industry
2、Product Engineer-Mech (Location: Changzhou)
RESPONSIBLITIES:
1.Validate designs through testing or calculations to meet project schedules and be able to share results of tests with engineering management in France, Singapore and US.
2.Work with vendors to design, specify and select components associated with products.
3.Advises management on cost reduction, product developing and results when new product launched.
4.Establish Product Specification with Marketing department as well as Engineering Specification. Assist in customer presentations and provide designs responsive to unique customer requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
·At least Diploma Degree of electrical design or automation.
·At least three years related Manufacturing and Design experience in JV manufacturing Company.
·Excellent spoken/written English and computer skill are essential.
·Experience in Continuous Improvement is preferred
·Experience in electrical control (not state owned)or switch gear is a plus.
3、Supplier Quality Engineer
RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Conduct supplier audit for technical capability and quality system control, risk assessment
2. Develop manufacturing methodology & quality assurance plans
3. Work with Suppliers, Purchasing, Production and Manufacturing departments to address all purchase part quality issues. Drive corrective and preventive action activities, and monitor for effectiveness.
4. Analyze customer complaints and returned products.
5. Track the supplier quality performance. Use quality tools, such as SPC, control plan, FEMA, 8D etc. to develop and control supplier process and system quality
6. Work with suppliers to certify parts at their facility.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Two years minimum experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.

6、Continuous Improvement Supervisor持续改进主管
RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Initiate and develop Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement culture in plant.
2. Lead, drive, facilitate, and implement KOS principles, philosophies, and practices in CZ plant.
3. Regularly review company operation processes and identify the potential opportunities for process improvement.
4. Remove waste, improve productivities and operational efficiencies through the execution of labor, space, and inventory reductions; champion improvements to material and information flow.
5. Drive key initiatives to improve cost, quality, delivery and safety through KOS workshops and lean programs.
6. Identifies key performance measurements for KOS and DFT workshops.
7. Develop and coach Kaizen workshop team leaders and members. Train all employees in KOS principles and Lean techniques.
8. Participate in strategic planning and in the development of the company’s continuous improvement objectives.
9. Developing a project tracking system aligned with corporate systems and maintaining the project details and reporting to group.
10. Maintain good relations with other departments. Keep the senior management of the company informed of project status and all relevant information at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or documented equivalent experience.
2. At least 5 years experience in production or engineering department of foreign investment manufacturing enterprises with a minimum 1-year process improvement experience.
3. Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System and Kaizen would certainly be a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of Kohler Operation System with solid understanding of Lean & 6 sigma.
5. Good organizational, leadership, supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Well experienced with adequate MS Office software.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
1.根据相应的文件要求对生产线上的产品进行抽检；
2.对最终产品进行终检确保合格产品交付给客户；
3.正确地并及时地完成所有规定文件及记录；
4.对生产线上的不合格品能通知相关工程师；
5.能专业使用操作量器具；
6.监督现场员工按照图纸及作业指导书的要求生产零件，对于违反工艺纪律的情况向领班及工程师反映；
7.根据现场的操作情况，能够预见可能发生的质量隐患，及时通知工程师；
