Job Description 岗位职责
1.IQ/OQ/PQ protocol development.
2.First Article completion.
3.Inspection Criteria.
4.Procurement/obtainment of all necessary gages, gage design, gage prints, gage life, calibration frequency.
5.FMEA development and completion.
6.Any SQC requirements and process capability analysis.
7.CAPA follow-up.
8.As leader of daily MRB, deal with Internal/external NCR and SCAR from send site.

Qualification招聘要求
1.College or bachelor degree in Engineering.
2.Minimum 2 years QE working experience, experience in medical device industry or automotive industry preferred.
3.Able to communicate in both written and spoken English.
4.Familiar with ISO13485 or TS16949.
2）CNC Lathe Operator 数控车床操作工 2名
Job Description 岗位职责
1. 负责数控机床的操作、维护与日常保养，熟悉机床的性能与基本构造；
2. 服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产，按图纸要求加工确保产品质量；
3. 协助分析，处理和解决质量问题，并提出改进方案；
4. 与质检部积极配合，确保加工产品质量稳定。发现量具有失准现象及时通知其主管，由质检部校对；
5. 与技术部门协调处理技术难题，积极提供有关方案，及时处理现场问题；
6. 协助工艺工程师合理安排本道工序工艺、夹具、刀具，确保工艺方案在本道工序的合理性；
7. 按要求填写有关机床和产品的文件及资料，做好生产操作记录、测量记录、设备保养记录；
8. 搞好工作区域内的5S，严格遵守相关的安全规定，不得违规操作。
Qualification招聘要求
1. 中专及以上学历，2年以上数控车床工作经验；
2. 会操作Citizen M20/L20 系列机床、STAR等纵切机床的优先；
3. 从事过医疗器械产品加工优先；
4. 熟悉机床刀具调整，达到产品技术要求。
