On the morning of January 27, the world famous multinational company THK officially signed an agreement with Changzhou National Hi-Tech District (CND) on building an auto parts manufacturing company in Changzhou. The first-phase project has a registered capital of USD 15 million, estimated to put into production in February 2012. This program will play an active role in the development of Changzhou's auto parts industry. Founded in 1971, THK is a listing company in Japan, with a registered capital of 34 billion Japanese Yen. The company produces key machinery components which are essential to the mechanical and electrical industry. Its products are widely used in CNC machine tools, industrial robots, as well as semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipments. THK Group has 11 factories in Japan and another 11 plants overseas, four of which are located in China. Many famous enterprises, including Nissan, Honda, Fujitsu, Hitachi, General Motors and Ford, are its clients. |
