In the first quarter of this year, Changzhou's export enterprises’ export declaration amount made $ 4.506 billion, an increase of 7.24% over the same period last year, up 8.87% comparing with the previous quarter; the city’s National Tax refund sector issued export rebates (exemption) of 3.68 billion yuan for a total of 3,498 enterprises. In the export market, Asia still ranks No.1, with a year-on-year rise of 19.26%; Europe takes the second place, with a slight increase, while EU countries fell 3.84%; and United States is placed the third, down 15.16%. By industries, the mechanical and electrical equipment, textiles and clothing, and chemicals take the top three. |
